It was Colosseum day, but the weather was rubbish and we were feeling pretty hungover so had a lazy morning, then finally peeled ourselves out of bed and into the colosseum. It was still raining but luckily we had a couple of big umbrellas to keep us dry while we walked around the colosseum imagining what the atmosphere would have been like back in the day! Ben drove us back to the campsite (after we had stuffed ourselves with the yummiest pizza slices ever) where we had some lovely dins (thanks Maz/Pez!) in the campsite bar and more wine, beer and game playing!!
